Participation Rules & Team Formation

  • Team Size: Teams must comprise exactly 5 members (developers, data engineers, UI/UX designers).
  • Intellectual Property: IP remains fully owned by participating teams, granting government entities pilot evaluation licenses.
  • Permitted Tools: All open-source AI frameworks, pre-trained weights, libraries, and public APIs.
  • Timeline: Challenge topics will be announced after registration and selection, followed by details of the development and presentation stages.
Jury Panel

Evaluation Criteria & Scoring

  • Real-World Impact & Feasibility (30%): How effectively the model solves the operational ministerial challenge.
  • AI Innovation & Architecture (25%): Algorithm robustness, accuracy, scalability, and code architecture.
  • User Experience & Interface (20%): Usability of dashboards and clarity of administrative interfaces.
  • Final Pitch & Documentation (25%): Quality of presentation and documentation before the ministerial jury.
